Yes. The name you type goes into Santa's opening line. If a name sounds wrong, try spelling it the way it is pronounced.
Yes. You can write in any of these 13 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Hindi and Dutch. Write the message in the language you choose, because Santa speaks your text as written and does not translate it.
Between 5 and 30 seconds. The length follows your script, and each language has a character limit that keeps it within 30 seconds. If the voice comes out the wrong length, we record it once more, which uses voice credits again. If it is still wrong, we stop before the video step and ask you to shorten the message.
The voice costs up to 8 credits and the video is priced by its length: 80 credits for 5 seconds, 240 for 15 seconds and 576 for 30 seconds. Seconds are rounded up. Clips longer than 15 seconds cost 20% more per second for the whole clip. Before starting, we estimate the length from your message and check your balance, and you only pay for the actual length.
Credits for a failed voice or video are refunded automatically. If the voice was recorded but the video failed, you can try again without paying for the voice a second time. A voice that was recorded but came out the wrong length is not refunded.
